I was able to put together a proposal based off of this information, so all of the electrical contractors that were bidding the project were compared apples to apples. I know there are still clowns out there bidding 3 or less but they have a $25/hr guy do it witha $15/hr helper or two, so they are making some money and only on big tracts so they have quantity.
