Outlook Calendar Could Not Be Updated - However, when i have the room's calendar open in the calendar view, it is not showing up. Dear all,  users are not able to view calendar that reside on specific server. Some group members do not see specific groups in the left nav in calendar tab so they have to go back to mail tab, go to groups folder and then click on group calendar link found in the ribbon. The teams room calendar itself receives the invitations and meeting schedules as normal but the people who created the event and invited the room do not see it in the teams room calendar they have. For planner synch to work you have to add the calendar manually from outlook. I am having an issue with a user sharing their calendar. I created an outlook group which i added our staff to.

We have set up a new user and shared there calendar. They were able to join via the link in the forwarded message. I have also had a user experience this issue when booking the teams meeting through outlook. Do not click on the add to outlook hyperlink.

365 Users Are Able To See On Prem Calendars Without A Problem.

They were able to join via the link in the forwarded message.
