Tableau Calendar View
Tableau Calendar View - What i currently know is the date filter in a dropdown view which seems harder to navigate for a user to select a date. You can see something very similar to what i want to create in the gif below. We can make it 2 by yearly, monthly. And maybe someone else will have a clever idea just to force a start date in there. Selectors but date range selection (just like in site catalyst) needs to be 1. The only piece i can't get working is the customer wants to be able to filter the calendar by location. The weekday labels appear at the bottom of the calendar view (see larger red box in image above).
Drag the bottom of your calendar out so that it's more of a square and less of a rectangle or choose the entire view option. What If I Want To Show Multiple Events On Same Date In My Tableau Calendar Visual.
I want to be able to show activity by a calendar view, whilst i can make the months and weeks and days but my months seem to continue alongside but i want each quarter to start at the left side on a new row like the below example of april should be aligned under january so eventually i will have a 12 month calendar. So now that we have a beautiful calendar, let's make it functional. Click the size shelf and bump it up a few notches. I attached the tableau workbook that i am working on to this reply. I want to show separate row for distinct event on same date.
